Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise, and you may need to reschedule or cancel an appointment. If so, we kindly ask for at least 24-48 hours’ notice to avoid any fees. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows leave gaps in our schedule, technicians setting up and preparing for you, and preventing other clients from booking.

A credit card is required to secure appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to show up will result in a 50% charge of the service price. This policy helps us serve all clients efficiently—thank you for your understanding!

Late Arrivals

Punctuality is essential to ensure you receive the best service possible. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to adjust or reschedule your service if we are booked back to back. Clients who arrive later may be considered a no-show and charged accordingly.

Deposits

A deposit is required for all initial cosmetic tattoo sessions to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Cosmetic Tattoo: A $105 deposit ($100 + GST) is required for all initial permanent makeup bookings and touch-ups after 12 months.

Deposits will be applied to your final balance. If you no-show, cancel late, or arrive too late to proceed, your deposit will be forfeited.

Group Bookings

For group reservations (3 or more people), please email info@mblartistry.com with details, and we will do our best to accommodate. A credit card is required to secure group bookings, and we require 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final—we do not offer refunds or discounts. Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed. Our pricing reflects the expertise, time, and high-quality products used for your treatment.

If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know immediately at your appointment so we can address your concerns. Any necessary corrections must be requested within 7 days and will be done by the same technician.
